Description
The Administrative Palace from my home city in Romania was built between 1886-1890. This building has been witness to all the meanings of life events and municipality. From here they went the troops fighting in the two world wars, and in December 1989, from the Administrative Palace balcony were shouted the words " Freedom ", " The dictatorship fell ."
Over time, on the Administrative Palace building next to the tricolor flag waved the Nazi Germany flag, the Soviet red flag with hammer and sickle, and today opposite the Romanian flag are hoisted the flags of European Union and NATO.
These days in front of the main building is a big open square, called the "Tricolor Square", beautifully landscaped with seasonal flowers, fountains, benches where people can relax and meet with friends, children playing.
Please note that the FINE ART AMERICA watermark will not appear on the final print! :)

Very nice photo - it looks different now than when I was living there near-by (Balcescu) - what a nice plaza and fountain in front of it!!!
